Lloyd founded Houle & Associates in 1998. Prior to founding Houle & Associates, Lloyd was a member of a Midwest firm, which was voted one of the top 50 mid-sized CPA firms in the United States. He is a graduate of Northern Michigan University with a BS in Business Administration with a major in accounting. He is licensed in both the State of Michigan and Wisconsin. His experience spans a variety of industries, including, medical practices, hospitality, real estate, manufacturing, retail, professional service, internet, construction, transportation, and not-for-profit. Lloyd is a frequent guest on the television program "Ask The CPAs"

He is active in professional and civic organizations and serves on numerous board of directors including the City of Marquette Investment Advisory Board, Lake Superior Community Partnership, and Northern Michigan University Blueline Club. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Michigan Association of Certified Public Accountants, MACPA Health Care Consulting Committee, Marquette County Economics Club, and Marquette Rotary Club.  He formerly served on the Wisconsin Institute of Certified Public Accountants Small Business Advisory Committee and on the Advisory Board of a regional bank.

Lloyd lives in Marquette with his wife Trista and three children Brooke, Ryan and Lauren.

Molly K. Fisher, Senior Accountant

Molly K. Fisher joined the staff of Houle & Associates, P.C., in October 2002. She specializes in providing tax and accounting advice to businesses and individuals.

Molly graduated Magna Cum Laude from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting in December 2002 and is a member of the Beta Gamma Sigma Honor Society.

Prior to joining Houle & Associates, P.C., Molly worked as a student intern in the Controller's Office of Northern Michigan University where she was recognized for her assistance in preparing the year-end financial statements.

Molly currently resides in Marquette with her husband, Brian, and their two children, Dalton and Sawyer.

Melisa Gleason, Senior Accountant

Melisa Gleason joined the staff of Houle & Associates, P.C., in January 2002. She specializes in providing tax and accounting advice to businesses and individuals.

A U.P. native from Fayette, Melisa graduated valedictorian from Big Bay de Noc High School in 1997 and graduated Summa Cum Laude from Northern Michigan University with a Bachelor of Science degree in accounting in 2001.

Prior to joining Houle & Associates, P.C., Melisa worked for Great Lakes Tax & Accounting and Ludington Coach and Carriage where she was the operations manager of the horse and carriage tours at Fayette Historic State Park.

Melisa is the daughter of Mark & Pamela Head of Fayette, MI, and she lives in Negaunee Township with her husband, Adam.
